Chiang Mai, Thailand Discoveries Part 1

Josie Hall

I am very excited to be here in Chiang Mai, Thailand. There is so much to see and learn about their culture and nature. So far, I have already seen and learned so much, and I am very happy to share it with all of you! I will be doing a series of posts with photos of what I have discovered in Chiang Mai. These will be coming shortly, so stay tuned!

Red whiskered bulbul. Scientific name: Pycnonotus jocosus. We see these birds all over the place in Chiang Mai, Thailand. They have little horn looking things on the top of their heads. I call them unicorn birds. My dad took this photo from the balcony of our apartment.
